Okay, I have these warts on my right scrotum. They itch quite often. They began forming around a year ago, and have progressively gotten worse (started out as one, now it's at roughly eight).

I've looked up Genital Warts, and it matches it well. Just one problem... I'm a 17-year-old virgin. Well, I might as well be. I had very brief sex with another girl who was also a virgin who, by the way, had herself checked after we had sex. Nothing. No STD. So how in the world would I contract HPV? My mother doesn't have HPV, so it wasn't birth.

My main question is: Is there anything out there that is basically identical to Genital Warts that isn't an STD? Because I've looked pretty deeply into this, and there's no way sex or birth could have done this. By the way, not only have I had sex with one girl, I've also only done foreplay with that one girl, so that eliminates the odds of some other girl giving me it some other way.

I've been crying and stressing all day because I have a girlfriend and if I have HPV, there's no way she'll stay with me... I just don't understand what could occur to give me this. Did some magic HPV demon come into my room while I was sleeping and get down wit' me because I don't believe in heaven or hell (rightfully so, by the way. I'm not just a stupid bigot)?! D:

So please, if anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and I hope it's okay that I put this under Skin Care. I didn't know where else to put it, because it may just be blemishes on my scrotum, for all I know.

This is not a question for the internet. There is no way you can figure out if you have an STD from pictures or reading web sites , 80+% which are inaccurate. HPV is preventable and/or curable. It is lack of knowledge that would cause your friend to leave & that could be solved by both of you seeing a doctor.

However I doubt either is your problem & BTW, HPV & genital warts are not necc.sexually transmitted.Girls at 13 are tested for HPV here.

U said you only had those 2 minor sexual encounters - so U are living with a girl & not having sex?

The 'warts' you have could have many,many origins and not an STI. Allergies, hygiene, simple infection, & many more.

Your mistake was living with them for a year allowing them to multiply & spread -while scaring yourself silly thinking you have the experience to diagnose on the internet.

You need to see a doctor, soon as you can; you are wasting time & a nice part of life.

You may need some treatments as simple as a cream to a course of anti-biotics.

How simple it started -you've wasted a year and increased what ever is happening, when a year ago it could have been finished with much quicker.

Go see a doctor. You have no options. Good luck.Let us know.
