Hard, clustered, puffy, red, itchy bumps on my ankles.?

i've been using anti-itch plus and calamine lotion (to dry it out) but none of these are working.they also ooze out clear or yellowish liquid. and now i see they are staring to spread smaller bumps up my legs and on my arms. D: one of my friends said i might have chiggers but i've looked up pics and they dont look like mine exactly. also, i've had a soar throught and stuffy nose...i dont know if that has to do with it.

There may be or may not be a connection; but if an infection.
Ppl shouldn't use the internet to diagnose or compare.
You appear,(yellow liquid is a clue), to need a course of antibiotics.
You need to see a doctor.
