My friend is curious about the name of a movie she saw several years ago, early 90's perhaps. The only scene she can remember is that there is a girl who is going crazy and she is sitting in the living room of someone's house. There is a bowl of grapes on the table in front of her and every time she reaches for one, they turn into cockroaches. She does this a few times and then decides that it is just an illusion so she grabs one and eats it anyway. The grape is a roach and it is crawling around the inside of her mouth. I think I'm pretty knowledgeable about movies but I have most definitely NOT seen a movie with this scene. Any help?
