I can't remember much about it, but it's set in a hospital and in the bathroom there is a mirror that no one is allowed to look into, as there are ghost children behind it, one child does and he dies, then it skips to the future and the girl is back looking for answers, then i can't remember what happens but at the end, she goes into a dumbwaiter/elevator and it takes her down to a haunted basement, or possibly to hell, and she gives to birth to a baby with all the children surrounding her, she dies and at the end she's in a bedroom rocking her baby in her arms, with all the ghost children around her again.

It sounds like the movie "Fragile". It might be "Asylum" or "The Ward".
