Well i met this girl this year who's from another country and well at first I really didn't think much of it just that she was cute. But then I kept talking to her and I started to develop feelings for her, and well we would flirt and stuff. Well it got to the point that I ended up asking her out because I saw signs that maybe she liked me, but she ended up saying no but when I asked her why she didn't want to give me a reason she just said it couldn't happen (btw she's leaving at end of the school year to her country) anyways I said ok whatever, next girl! So I decided we could still be friends but it's been so Wierd because for example people see me and her and will say to me Ahh look at your girlfriend and shell just smile and won't say anything. Also if I say something like oh I met this one girl this weekend or something like that shell be oh go tlk to her and u can stop talking to me! Like she gets all mad. Also we get into arguments like this one time I told her a girl asked me to a school dance and then I forgot what happen but she ended up saying well u dnt have to talk to me if u dnt want to and she just kept saying messed up shyt so I ended up getting mad and stopped talking to her for like 2 weeks. Then finally we made up like she told me she was sorry or whatever and even her friends told her like aww your happy now! But after that she got mad at me again cuz I was talking to a new girl who I thought was cute but I mean she can't be mad at me am single. Also her friends who I dnt really know that well will give me looks when she with them and whenever I go up to her and talk to her and her friends are there they'll smile at her and walk away. So ya am confused with this girl idk what to think no more we fight like were going out and people tell her oh there's ur bf and shell smile about it people call her my gf she doesn't even try to reject the comment I kno she doesn't like it when I tlk to other girls u can tell and I kno she hates it when I get mad and ignore her so at this point idk what she wants if she's toying with me or if she likes me but doesnt want to admit it? So thts the question

It sounds like you're both toying with each other. If you like her, ask her out to dinner or a movie. If she goes on a date with you, then she likes you.
